Our Preventive Maintenance Program covers a large variety of household pests. Pricing is based on the square footage of your home*. Initial fees may apply to eliminate an existing problem. Prices are a general range and may be different upon professional appraisal. Pricing is subject to change after the first year of service. Some exclusions may apply.

The Gold Standard

Our Gold Plan covers a large variety of common household pests, and keeps homes in Massachusetts and New Hampshire pest-free with just two treatments a year, targeting common entry points and problem areas around the house. It covers rodent treatment indoors and unlimited callbacks if pests return, all at no extra cost. For homes already dealing with an infestation, Colonial starts with a clean-out treatment before moving you onto the Gold Plan for ongoing protection. With over 40 years serving New England homeowners, it’s a simple, affordable way to stay protected without constant visits (though it doesn’t cover things like termites, bed bugs, or wildlife).

Our Massachusetts clients can now enjoy all of the protection of the Gold Plan with the additional service for tick prevention. We apply a granule insecticide along the ecotone of your property to aid in preventing ticks from emerging on your property all year long. Our tick services are performed twice per year with your regular structural treatment to ensure we target ticks in their most sensitive stages. We use controlled release granule insecticides formulated to target harmful ticks while protecting beneficial life like pollinating bees and butterflies.

Single Service Plans

We offer services for one-time pest elimination plans. Our local, expert customer service representatives will consult with you to determine the best plan for you. Base pricing starts:

• Mice, Single Family under 3,000 sq ft: $545
• Carpenter Ants: $545
• Rats: Free on-site visit
• Clothes Moths: On-site inspection and consultation $245, which can be applied to the cost of service
• Flies: On-site inspection and consultation $245, which can be applied to the cost of service
• Fleas: Single-family home under 3,000 sq ft: $445
• Sentricon Termite Elimination Program: Begins at $1195 for installation and 1st year. Renewals start at $450
• Wasps: $245 Exposed, accessible nest
• Wasps Void Nest: $395
• Home Inspection with WDI NPMA-33 Form: $295
