Ask For a Gel Baiting Program for Cockroaches

Colonial Pest roach controlQuestion

I just bought a condo in Seabrook and I’ve discovered that it does have a slight cockroach problem. The trouble is that the exterminator who had the contract previously would just come in and spray around the kitchen cabinets. Not only didn’t that work but I have allergies and the spray really bothers me. Does your company use something different or do I have to live with pesticide sprays? —M.M., Seabrook, NH

There’s no reason why an exterminator should be doing cockroach control with just sprays. At Colonial, most of our cockroach control services involve the use of non-aerosol cockroach baits — which means no spraying or dusting in your home and no vapors in the air.

We like to tailor our extermination services to the needs of our customer. Based on our inspection and the level of infestation in your home, our experts will design a cockroach control program just for you. Baits alone are capable of controlling cockroaches except perhaps in the most severe infestations. As part of our integrated pest management approach, we can also use specialty vacuuming and sticky traps to monitor cockroaches.

Our technicians apply tiny amounts of gel bait in cracks and crevices where cockroaches have been seen, usually in kitchens and bathrooms. You won’t even know it’s there since the bait has no odor. An advantage to a baiting program is that you don’t have to empty cabinets or prep your kitchen like you do for spraying. We’ll be back on a regular basis to replace bait that has been eaten by the cockroaches.

There’s no reason anymore that you should have to put up with aerosol pesticides to control cockroaches. Spraying is no longer the only, or even the best, way to do the job. Call Colonial today and let us set you up with a cockroach gel baiting program that works…guaranteed.
