We got your name from the neighbor across the street who used your service and they were extremely happy so we thought we would give you a try and we are glad we did. After signing up for your service we had a little pet that decided to use our chimney for a family. That was when we met Scott & Nick – they were very professional and courteous of the interior of the house when they tried to extract good old “Rocky” Racoon from our chimney. Things went exactly as they thought they would and Rocky was gone by the next morning. Mark was just as knowledgeable, courteous, and professional as Scott & Nick so Colonial is batting 3 for 3 as far as we are concerned. We can see this being a long term relationship.
