June B. (May 2012)Mr. Williams, I have always been pleased with the service of your technicians. The last visit was by Jason Valdanbrini. I explained about the bees getting into the attic and he personally went up and checked the gables. He thought they might be getting in from the soffits. Then I told him I also had a problem with yellow jackets getting into the porch. He found where they were getting in and fixed the screen. I believe that is going above and beyond his duties. I feel he should be commended for going the extra mile for a customer.
